This is the script for the adaptation of the Metro City battle that was
to appear in the SPA game. It’s almost a verbatim rip of the dialogue of the
actual battle, with only a few small edits and additions to reconcile everything.
If you’re too lazy to read the full thing, this is a good summary.

Para form 1 = repolid, Fully robotic. The most metal is at his boots,
his waist and chest, his hands, and helmet. His legs and arms are in a black
coversuit. Black hair falls down to half his back. His visor his full blue(By
visor I mean glass covering over his face). The top of the helmet has a gold
stripe in the middle.
Narge: Black eyes
Demon Para:
Emerald eyes. A collection of spikes ran across his arm, decorating the part
facing from his ribs. A collection of thin, black armor pieces. The armor across
the arm was decorated with the spikes that poked through. Each gauntlet had a
gem in the center of the hand. Inside intense magic energies swirled. The right
one was red, the other was black. At the connection between the greaves and his
boots, his knee cap, stood out five inch long, curved spikes.
True Para: Para's white eyes grew to a red color.
His form would allow him to match the strength Frieza was showing. His armor
began to shed like molting skin. The flesh underneath began to harden, turning
night black. Only a pair of pants was left, mainly for decency. His body began
to grow medium muscles, his teeth turning to spike like ones. Large bat like
wings ripped out from his shoulder blade, his black hair running between them.
His nails fell to the ground, being shoved out by six inch long black claws.
Angel: Two large angel wings were spread out behind him, a light tint of
blood on them. A light tan instead of pale skin. Gold eyes. White hair instead
of black. A longsword was in his right hand, and a welcoming smile on his face.

standing on top of building)
Para: And
in a pathetic attempt to do something more villain like...I'll attack metro
again.
(Show army of monsters rushing through east side of city. Sky becomes dark.
Switch back to Para, yawns and leans against something)
Para: Metro city should fall this time. Without it's hero guarding,
this'll be all too easy.
(Show various scenes of destruction, pan of sky, something to suggest
passage of time)
Para: (Sigh) My dream comes true... the pure destruction of Metro City
and I feel so unfulfilled. Where are those annoying heroes?
(Chibi lands on building behind them)
Chibi:
... Fighty fightyness? (jumps closer) Umm...I don't think anyone's here…
(Sits
down next to him)
Chibi:
I want to have great seats for this. Now then...if only there was a show...
Para:
(grumble) I figured as much. All the champions have gone off to some other
place. At least an old wraith can be put to rest.
Chibi:
(pokes Amy) He's talking funny again...
Amy:
(pokes Chibi) Yeah isn't he secksy when he talks all funny like that :P
Chibi:
Oh yes, very secksy. ;P (leaf falls by) Ooooh...a leaf… (throws a fireball at
it)
Chibi:
There. Action. Yay.
Amy:
WOW. Check out that action. WOWOWOWOW.
Para:
Ah hell...there goes the whole dramatic atmosphere and stuff.
Amy:
Leave it up to me and Chib to ruin teh drama :O
Chibi:
Hee hee. Eh, sorry. (walks to building edge, looks out) Looks like this place
is going to just...fade...(Looks up, the suns making his green eyes sparkle)
Someday...they'll be back...someday...
Amy:
(sniff) That was beautiful, Chib.
Para:
Some day is far off. They'll be enraged to find that their hometown was
destroyed. It'll be an interesting series of battles.
Chibi:
…yeah, it could be a bit. Hey anybody want to order pizza? (A cell phone floats
in front of Chibi). Well...either that or what do your minions want Pear Pear?
(Para
ignore him. Chibi jumps up, looks around frantically)
Chibi:
HELLO! IS ANYBODY DOWN THERE! BESIDES CATTERBOX-ERS!?
(Pause)
Chibi:
Nobody...no one...IT'S MEANINGLESS! Tetris Blocks...
(Throwing
motion)
Chibi:
SMASH!
(Giant
Tetris blocks rain from sky, smashing things (just make smoke clouds))
Chibi:
NOTHING MATTERS ABOUT THIS CITY ANYMORE! NOTHING! DESERTED! Left to die!
Para:
Insanity. How vulnerable...
Chibi:
(blocks stop) Eh...I kinda go nuts when feeling alone.
(Pause,
sounds of destruction in background)
Chibi:
Umm...should we try invading Neo Metro City?
(Pause,
Para looks out at city, closes eyes)
Para:
…soon enough. Give me a minute to recollect on thoughts and we'll attack...
(Chibi
starts dancing, Amy joins in)
Chibi:
Yay attackness!
Amy:
Yays!
Para:
All right…
(Dancing
stops)
Para:
(sigh) Let’s go.
(Amy
grabs hold of Para, he and Chib fly into sky. Shortly after, Frieza beam flies
by his ear. He turns quickly, camera does zoom effect down to roof of bar with
Nemo, Sub, Frieza, Trunks, Vegeta, and Solar. Dramatic panning of gang, heroic
music)
Para:
Excellent. Looks like there IS someone alive here besides us. All forces,
prepare to move in. Leave nothing to waste.
Chibi:
Hm?
(Chibi
flies down, lands in front of bar)
Chibi:
The Saiya-jin's Club Bar and Grill? …Well, it's better then some other things
I've heard of.
(He
walks in, leaving screen)
Chibi:
I'll have the special...
(Screen
pans up to gang)
Sub:
(Steps forward, takes out light sabers, smiles and looks up) One last time…
(Sub
fly toward Para, camera follows him, beeper goes off)
Sub:
What? Now?! Aw man…sorry guys, I gotta go. Try to save some ass for me to kick
when I get back!
(Flies
off in other direction. Cut back to SPA)
Vegeta:
Actually, we’ve gotta go too. The woman’s making us do chores or something.
Later.
Trunks:
Try not to screw up!
(Both
fly away)
Solar:
I just came up here to watch the Tetris blocks. Good luck guys!
(Flies
away. Frieza turns to Nemo, pause, turns back)
Frieza:
Looks like it’s up to me, then.
Nemo:
(sad) Hey…
(Pan
back below)
YOSHINDO:
(scratching the back of his head) Looks like those monster thingies are back to
destroy the city. Better try and not bother them.
(Chibi
walks out)
Chibi:
Slow service around here…
(Bumps
into Yoshindo)
Chibi:
Hey! Got any food to spare?
YOSHINDO:
Eh? I think I do. Let's see...
(Karmis
lands on Chibi’s head)
Karmis:
Hey, what chu guys talkin' 'bout?
(Slids
off and hits head)
Karmis:
Ow…
Chibi:
Oh, I'm just asking about some food. What about you?
Karmis:
Looting abandoned apartments. I found a penguin!
Yoshindo:
Ah, here we go.
(Yoshindo
pulls out foot, gives to Chibi)
Chibi:
FOOD! (starts eating) Food good...food gooooood...Chib Chib wuvs food. You are
almighty Food God!
(Stops
eating, looks up at Frieza)
Chibi:
You know, now would be the time to attack me, with me distracted and all...
(Resumes
eating)
Frieza:
Guess I’ll take out this sub-boss before Para’s forces get here. Hell, this
could be fun! It’s been a while since I’ve slaughtered an army!
(Frieza
jumps down across street from bar. Chib immediately strikes defense, enter
fight)
[Frieza
vs Chibi Shadow]
(Scene
opens where it left off)
Chibi:
Try this!
(Jumps
way back into air)
Chibi:
Powers of the kitsune master, Moonlight Flower, and the shadow copy,
Doppelganger! Add to my speed!
(Power
gathering)
Chibi:
Lord... of... VERMILLION!
(Sky
becomes black, 20 giant flaming meteors appear behind him)
Chibi:
Demon monster Beelzebub! Decrease the time needed!
(Meteors
glow, start moving faster)
Chibi:
WARP PORTAL!
(Shoots
blue ball at Yoshindo and Karmis. They disappear)
Chibi:
ICE WALL!
(Giant
ice spires enclose Frieza and the bar)
Chibi:
Hahahahahaaa!!!
(Nemo
jumps down next to Frieza, changes to ghost form)
Nemo:
Dodging should be fairly easy. Only twenty meteors.
Frieza:
Ah, perfect timing Nemo! Quickly, give me your hand!
Nemo: Huh?
Frieza: Just do it!
(Both
power up hand in hand, lots of quaking)
Frieza:
Now Nemo!
(Nemo's eyes go black as ink.
His pupils disappear)
Nemo: CHAOS CONTROL!!!
(Nemo’s
body became a blur except for his eyes. Screen in engulfed in white light. All
meteors are gone. Switch scene to Chibi smiling, one meteor now heading toward
him)
Chibi:
Not the smartest of moves, but you have been spared of the attack. I guess you
didn't know…about my fire abilities. Come to me, my flames of fury...
(Shell
of meteor shatters revealing big red deathball)
Chibi:
What?!
(Deathball
hits, pushing him through building)
Chibi:
...this...hurts... a lot…but with my depleted magic and cards, and...wait!
Stare of the Sidewinder! STONE CURSE!
(Deathball
turns to stone and shatters. Chibi falls to ground, his arm and leg gone)
Chibi:
That's a relief but...
(Blood
starts flowing from arm and leg socket)
Chibi:
At a price. Life has no price, but I have the power. Knight of
Abyss...call...the…team…
(Passes
out. Karmis lands next to him)
Karmis:
Ah crap...I told him if he needed help to call me. (grabs Chibi’s body and
dashes off screen)
(Scene
changes back to Frieza)
Frieza:
Bah. Wizards. Oh well, nice work Nem-
(Notices
Nemo is gone)
Frieza:
…great. He’s probably off chasing dust mites or something. Oh well, can’t keep
my opponent waiting.
(Vanishes,
appears where Chibi was)
Frieza:
Hm. Blood. And his power is faint. Looks like I hurt him more than I thought.
But I can’t pinpoint his location. The only ones around are Para, Yoshindo, and
Karmis…
(Frieza
runs off where Karmis left. Scene changes to Karmis and Yoshindo having a
picnic on a pile of blood-oozing rubble)
Karmis:
Mmm....Anywho, Chibs will be fine. I heard in times of drought the pioneers
would do the dance of much pain to soothe all pain. So I tried that on Chibs a
bit ago. He didn't seem to like it too much, but it's a dance to see if the
person's still alive or not. So he is.
(Frieza
walks up, Karmis and Yoshindo turn)
Yoshindo:
(whispering) I told you we shouldn’t have had a picnic on the body!
Frieza:
Greetings, friends. Perchance you saw where the young Assassin landed?
Yoshindo: 'fraid not, friend.
Karmis: We were a bit preoccupied with our food, you see. Weren't paying much
attention.
Frieza:
(eyes closed) …
Frieza:
If there's one thing I refuse to tolerate...
Frieza:
…it's cowardice.
(Gathers
energy into hand)
Frieza:
(shouting at sky) Assassin! Come out now and face your death with dignity!
(Pounds
ground, electricity shoots through floor blasting back Karmis and Yoshindo,
exploding rubble pile revealing Chibi. Frieza picks him up by neck, Karmis and
Yoshindo get back up and stay on guard)
Frieza:
Para! Your friend is dispatched. I suggest you make yourself known. Quickly,
or…
(Throws
Chibi through ground into sewer)
Frieza: ...accidents may happen.
Chibi:
(voice from sewer) You're too late. My friends are on their way. It should only
take the Abysmal Knight half an hour more to get to Glast Hiem. Then, I can be
healed. And you'll be in for a su... pr... ise...
Frieza:
What? You can still speak?!
(Frieza
jumps down sewer)
Chibi:
Didn’t I mention? My other element is lightning.
Frieza:
Quite a mouth you have there. As surprising as it sounds, I was going to let
you live. But now that I know reinforcements are coming to heal you, I see no
reason to allow it. So then…
(Frieza picks him up by the neck again)
Frieza: Have a pleasant trip.
(Knight
runs on screen)
Knight
of the Abyss: Frieza! Leave Chibi alone! He's nearly dead already. Now you
fight me!
Frieza:
Oh, I see! So then, this is your leader whose neck I hold in my hand?
Abysmal Knight: Let him go! His fight is done. He poses no threat to you.
Frieza: Oh, I beg to differ. You see, but seconds ago he mentioned something
about his friends coming to heals him and, well, with the absence of Nemo, Ace,
Sub, and Trunks, I think I have enough opponents to deal with for the moment.
(His hand glows. The Knight charges in rage, but stops himself as Frieza holds
Chibi out as a shield)
Frieza: Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!!! Look at you! Why, I dare say that this
creature is far more to you than a leader! I'd say he's also close friend of
yours. Hm?...I wonder, would you barter your own life in exchange for his?
Ahahahahahahahahahaaa!!!!
(Frieza
blasts Chibi through the roof)
Knight:
Chibi!
Frieza:
With that boy's constitution and stamina, I'd give him...oh 20 minutes tops
before he's completely beyond your help. Now then, shall we begin?
(A
rocket explodes behind Frieza, making him jump forward. He and the knight jump
out of the sewer to find Para overhead)
Para:
Expect me to try and aim next time. You, knight of Chibi, go get his body. I'll
deal with this one.
(Knight
runs away, Para lands)
[Frieza
vs Para]
(Nemo
appears on the moon of the distant planet of Richon. Z appears behind him, Nemo
turns around and met with hand in face ready to blast)
Z:
What are you doing back here?
Nemo:
Long time no see. You haven't changed a bit.
Z: What are you doing back here?
Nemo:
I need it. Well, actually I just need you to tell me where it is, and provide
me with enough air to get to it.
Z: Why can't I just take you there?
Nemo: Because, you and I both know how far under ground it is, and I need you
to cover for me at the battle I came here from.
Z: Battle?
Nemo: Why do you ask me such things when you can just read my mind?
(Pause)
Nemo: Will you help me or not?
Z: Why should I?
Nemo: You knew the answer to that when I appeared on this hunk of rock. You.
Owe. Me.
(Pause)
Z:
Fine. But when you get it, you get off of here so I don't have to waste my
power keeping you alive.
Nemo: You won't have to worry about that. By the way, any idea what Tan's been
up to lately?
(Z
turns away and vanishes. Scene changes to Chibi’s army)
Sandrine:
He's over here!
(All
rush over to Chibi, she kneels over him as if to heal, pause)
Hacker:
…well? What are you waiting for?
Sandrine:
I...can't...move.
Offscreen:
HELL'S FLAME!
(Blue
fire hits frozen healer and Chibi. All turn to find Z floating)
Z: I don't think we've been introduced. The name's Z. And I don't care
what your names are as you'll all be dead soon.
Chibi:
Hahaha! Flames of hell, heal me!
(Chibi
absorbs fire, gets up)
Chibi:
And this, kiddies, is why you NEVER use fire attacks on me.
Z:
Hm. Very well then.
(Lands,
strikes fighting pose)
Z:
Let us begin.
KoA:
The stage is set, the cards are ready, and we shall win.
[Z
vs Army of Ragnarok]
(Time
of day is now sunset. Maxim wanders on screen)
Maxim:
Haven't been here in a long time. Am I still welcome?
(Explosions
in background)
Maxim:
A battle!
(Races
off screen, scene changes to Chibi)
Chibi:
Alright, it's time to pull out the big guns. Darkness beyond twilight, crimson
blood that flows, buried in the flow of time, in thy great name I pledge myself
to DARKNESS!
(Red
energy ball forms in his hands)
Chibi:
Let those who oppose us be destroyed by the power you and I posses! DRAGON
SLAVE!
(Chibi’s
allies jump behind him, red beam erupts from ball, Max dives and pushes Z to
right out of beam’s path, Chibi now off screen. Switch to Karmis alone on a
building)
Karmis:
My word, what pathetic fighters roam this city now. I remember when it was more
than flashy lights and such. It seems like an episode of Dragonball Z nowadays.
(Beamer
runs across screen)
Karmis:
I mean, look at that. Who'd let such a mutilated child to a scene of a battle?
And this Frieza. Pseesh. If I were to fight from the beginning, this would be
over now. Even Para and Chibs are a lot weaker than I recall. Probably because
the lack of challenge. I say the only threat seems to be-
(Karmis
is blasted off screen by the dragon slave. Switch back to Maxim and Z)
Maxim:
Dark energy - very unhealthy you know!
Z:
MOVE!
(Z
jumps, another beam comes and hits Max, sending him flying. He quickly gets up,
dashes at Chibi with SV saber drawn)
[Maxim
vs Chibi]
(Time
of day is now night. Back to Z facing army of Ragnarock)
Z:
(thinking) What’s taking Nemo so long? I can’t keep wasting my energy
maintaining his air supply.
Nemo:
(thinking) Z! I have the sphere and I'm teleporting off the moon right now.
You're sure he's on Richon?
Z:
(thinking) Yes. Hurry up.
Z:
You know, I wasn't really going to hurt you guys very much. But now that you've
just PISSED ME OFF-
(Points
out flowing magenta arm)
Z:
…I think I may have to change that.
(Doppelganger
appears between them, Z puts down his arm, it stops glowing)
Doppelganger:
I am Doppelganger! Second in command to the Knight of Abyss! Feel the wrath of
the dead!
Caitlyne:
About time! I summoned you five minutes ago.
Doppelganger:
I've been enjoying the show, but now I see that I’m really needed. You five
stay back. I’ll handle this.
Sandrine:
Blessings of the heavens! Sanctuary!
(Shield
forms around party)
Doppelganger:
You better watch out. I'm the fastest knight alive or dead.
Z:
Soon to be extra dead.
[Z
vs Doppelganger]
(Battle
ends, Z facing Doppelganger)
Z:
(thinking) (pant, pant) Damn, my magic power is almost depleted…
Z:
Let's see if your speed can get you out of my prison dimension!
(Portal
opens, green fireflies come out and surround Doppelganger, turn yellow, merge
into yellow ball)
Z:
Imprison!
(Ball
hits Doppelganger, slowly enveloping him)
Doppelganger:
(sigh) Just like those wizards trapped me in Geffen Tower...damn I hate this.
Then again...I see another one of our summons is coming...
(Yellow
ball implodes, Moonlight Flower enters behind Z flanked by kitsune, he turns)
Moonlight:
Well, big brother is out. Looks like it's Moonlight's turn.
(Z
takes fighting pose)
Nemo:
(thinking) Z! It's Nemo! I got Tan, and we're just about to teleport to you
now.
Z:
(thinking) And you have the Sphere?
Nemo:
Um...yeah...
(Nemo
and Tan appear in front of Z)
Z:
Can I borrow that?
Nemo:
Hm? Oh, sure.
(Z
takes the swirling black and gold sphere)
Z:
NEMOTAN REVIVAL!!!
(Lightning
strikes the sphere, sparks fly out, Z is enveloped in aura)
Z:
Ah, much better. I'll hold onto this for you guys. We should have no trouble
now.
(Sphere
disappears)
Moonlight:
You're comparing my power to Big Brother's? I'm much faster than him, and my
kitsune have the power 1/8 of mine. I'm the fastest moving monster around.
(Chibi
suddenly smashes into the ground between them, Maxim follows in a downward
sword slash. Chibi jumps up before Maxim hits the ground and gets behind
Moonlight)
Chibi:
More warriors? Damn…you know...screw existence. Warrior Moonlight, commander of
the Payon branch, stand down. We're using the big guns.
(Moonlight
runs)
Chibi:
Ready for the forbidden spell, the Giga Slave?
(Takes
out sword hilt)
Chibi:
Ray wing. Light! Come forth!
(White
blade appears on sword)
Chibi:
Darkness beyond blackest pitch, deeper than the deepest night! Lord of
Darkness, shining like gold upon the Sea of Chaos, I call upon thee, swear
myself to thee! Let the fools who stand before us be destroyed by the power you
and I possess!
(Dark
lightning strikes sword, aura of blue surrounding it, blade fades to gray then
black)
Chibi:
GIGA...
(Holds
sword over head)
Chibi:
SLAVE!!!
(Beam
of energy shoots into sky. Z spreads arms and stops time)
Z:
TIME FREEZE!
(Z,
Nemo, and Tan disappear)
(On
Richon, Nemo and Tan appear, followed by Z, Frieza, and Maxim. Frieza immediately
attacks Z with a punch, kick combo. He blocks and Frieza stops, looks back and
forth)
Nemo:
Chibi used something called Giga slave. It looked serious, so Z froze time and
took us to the moon of Richon.
Frieza:
You took us THAT far from the battle?!
Z:
It wasn’t just an energy attack. I think it was negating space and time
themselves. Somewhat like a 4th dimensional black hole, but using the void as a
substance, rather than the lack of one.
Frieza:
Hmph! I appreciate the concern, but I can take care of myself.
Z:
I’m not sure about that. It was moving very fast, and you were preoccupied with
Para.
Frieza:
Still, you should have saved your energy. You look like you need all you can
get.
Z:
Oh don’t worry about me. I should be fine, now that we’ve retrieved the Nemotan
Sphere.
Frieza:
WHAT?! You mean that artifact Nemo babbles about when he’s drunk?!
Nemo:
(smirk) Maybe.
Frieza:
…since when are you sane?!?!
Maxim:
So I'm on this moon now huh? I gotta get back to the battle. Hey, you guys trying
to save Metro City too?
Frieza:
Uh huh…and you are?
Maxim:
Name's Maxim. You could say I'm a phantom of the past. In any case, I don't
want to see Metro City die either so let’s get back! We can use my light-speed
tech.
Nemo:
Don’t worry, we’ve got the return trip covered. We’ll go back once Giga Slave
clears.
Z:
That’s assuming the planet is still there.
(Fade
to Chibi holding Giga Slave)
Chibi:
Oh...kay...if I stop we're dead, if I keep going I'm out for a long time…
Chibi:
Ah, that’s right! GOLDEN DEMON LORD!
(Sky
opens up, golden beam of light shines on Chibi)
Golden
demon lord: My little Maozaku...you've progressed so much. Nobody ever told you
you are my priest also?
Chibi:
No…
GDL:
You are part of me. You can absorb the Giga Slave and use it later, but you
may...go the way of Shabrigadu.
(The
Beam fades, Chibi closes his eyes, the sword fades into the Giga Slave’s aura,
turning it black. It descends into Chibi and he absorbs it, acquiring a golden
aura)
Chibi:
It's true then. I am part of the Lord of Nightmares. And with Shabrigadu
trapped in his world I'm the next in line for becoming a full Demon Lord…heh.
Oh Maxim, I'm right here…
(Back
on Richon)
Z:
Time to go. You two grab onto them. I'll be to the city in a bit. I have to
gather up some troops.
Nemo:
Uh…okay…what troops?
Z:
You'll see when I get there.
Tan:
At least tell us where you're going.
Z:
If you must know, I'm going to the planet Auir.
Tan:
Ah, so you can get chopped to bits by the Protoss?
Z:
It just so happens that I know the leader there. And if you guys don't leave
this moon in three seconds, I'm cutting off your air.
(They
grab Frieza and Max and teleport. Z teleports. Switch to Chibi walking, Max
descends on him with sword drawn, is reflected by electric dark aura, lands)
Maxim:
Oh man! Where did you get all of that dark energy?!
Chibi:
Heheheheh...
(Holds
out one hand)
Chibi:
Ragna. Blade.
(One-hands
Ragna Blade at Maxim. Max blocks with sword, clash, it gives out, knocks him
out)
Chibi:
So much for him. Now I think I’ll go watch Para’s fight.
(Chibi

happens to be holy, I suppose I’d prefer the demon.
Para:
Demon eh!? But I just love jesters. How about we have a compromise.
(Tosses
black energy ball at ground, it becomes demon jester)
Para:
Say hello to Narge, my demonic jester.
Frieza:
A minion. How...cowardly.
Narge:

play. Otherwise you’re dead. So let's play!
(Chibi
runs on screen)

(looks at Chibi) Hm…

forms behind Para and Narge. Para is sucked in. Frieza turns to Chibi)

(Chibi
is trapped in a white ball and flies away from the tornado. Frieza shoots
another white ball at Narge, but he dodges it. Narge laughs, but then a whip
hits him into the tornado. Scene goes back to Frieza with Ace standing next to
him)
Frieza:
Ace!
Ace:
Man, how did I sleep through this?
Frieza:
I’ll explain everything later. Go protect that unconscious cyborg!
Ace:
Sure.
(Ace
runs off. Scene switches to Chibi’s army behind the sanctuary barrier. Nemo and
Tan appear on either side)
Mazauron:
What?!
Nemo:
Bye guys!
Caitlyne:
No!
(Both
touch the shield, It shatters and the group is lifted off ground, struggling to
get back down except for Moonlight, who’s held in place by kitsune/her own
speed)
Sandrine:
Blessings of the heav-
(Nemo
and Tan blast them to speed it up. Scene changes back to Frieza, Nemo and Tan’s
beam hitting tornado in background)
Frieza:
And now...for the attack...
(Throws
a fireball at tornado. Screen explodes to white. Change to city exploding.
Change back to Frieza, tornado now on fire, city now a barren crater)
Frieza:
Ah, yes that’s what it was. Ring-round-the-torrential inferno. But I think
we’ve played for long enough.
(Tornado
ends, black dots fly into the horizon)
Frieza:
Ashes, ashes, they all fall down…
(Switch
to Ace and unconscious Maxim)
Ace:
Yo, wake up.
(Pause)
Ace:
Skippy. Looks like gotta reboot him…well, only one thing I can think of. THUNDARA!
(Lightning
strikes Maxim, he sits up)
Maxim:
Uhhgg...damn! He got me! Where is he!? Where's…
(Maxim
jumps startled by Ace, slight defensive pose)
Maxim:
Who are you?
Ace:
Chill, I’m with the SPA.
Maxim:
What’s that?
Ace:
We’re the ones defending the city. My name’s Ace.
Maxim:
I’m Maxim. Where’s Chibi?
Ace:
Most of the fighting’s over at the corner of St. Amy and Javs Cross, or at
least where they used to be.
Maxim: Used to be? What do you…
(Notices enormous volcanic wasteland)
Maxim: …wha…what happened?!
Ace: Don’t worry about it; Frieza just went a bit
overboard with his attack. Para survived, but it looks like he managed to take
out the rest of his minions except for that hedgehog.
Maxim: Whoa…you guys are strong.
Ace: Heh. You ain’t seen nothin’ yet, MAN! Come on,
dust yourself off and let’s go. That blast sent us pretty far.
Maxim: Hold on, let me heal myself first.
(Crosses arms over chest, enveloped in dim white
light)
Ace: A healer, eh? That’ll come in handy. Hey, can
you cure hangovers?
Maxim: Hold on, I’ll try.
(Same pose, aura envelops Ace)
Ace: Holy energy...awesome.
Maxim: I still don't get how a robot like me can
use magic...
Ace: Robot? I thought you were a cyborg.
Maxim: Nope, I’m robot through and through. It's funny
though…I can remember my whole life, from the time that Professor Reid created
me to now...but I don't remember using magic until recently…I need to train
with it.
Ace: Well
hey, maybe when this is over me and the guys can teach you a thing or two.
Maxim: Cool, that'd be helpful. For now, though, let’s find Chibi.
(They dash off screen, fade out and to Chibi on
building trapped in white ball)
Chibi: Damn holy energy! I can't change back to my
normal state! I've got to have a gem around here somewhere…
Chibi: Aha! SALVATION!
(Vanishes, appears above ball)
Chibi: Holy energy make Chib Chib mad. Darkness
beyond twilight…
(Begins charging attack. Fade back to Ace and
Maxim. They stop)
Maxim: Hold it! I'm sensing something...
Ace: What's up?
Maxim: I can feel dark energy gathering nearby. I'm very sensitive to it. I’ll
handle this one Ace! You go help the others!
Ace: Sure. Just try not to get wiped this time,
man.
(Max dashes off where they came from. Fade back to
Chibi charging attack, Max comes from below with an energy spear. Chibi loses
the attack and is thrown back, both land)
Chibi: Awake already, huh?
Maxim: You caught me off guard last time with that
dark energy, but now that I know what to expect it’ll be even. See, most of my
SV Saber attacks contain light magic.
Chibi: More holy energy? Great.
(Max charges)

and Chibi separate. Karmis lands on Chibi’s head, falls off)
Karmis:
Ow...that really hurt. Say Chibi, may I have this dance? You can watch Para,

Please, Karmy, cut in. That holy energy was starting to get annoying.
(Chibi

All right, let’s see if your sword skills are a match for my…
(Pause)
Karmis:
Oh right, I left all my weapons with ‘shindo…huh.
(Maxim
shoots sword wave at him, Karm runs, Maxim chases off screen. Switch to throne
of Protoss with Z, talking to High Templar flanked by a Dragoon(Fenix) and Dark
Templar(Zarutal))
Z: So your majesty, after hearing about the predicament on Earth, would
you be willing to spare troops to aid us?
(High Templar paces back and forth, leaving blue after images)
Tassadar: Would we be able to spare any troops for our friend here, O dark one?
Zarutal: Ground troops. Infantry. Plenty of Zealots and Dragoons, some Templars
of both kinds, and possibly a few Reavers. I'll have to check on those last
ones.
Z: That will be excellent.
Tassadar: Glad to hear it. But how do you plan on transporting them to your
planet?
Z: I can open an inter-dimensional warp portal. No one will appear there until
I go through, so it works out.
Tassadar: Very well. Zarutal will show you to your troops.
(Z follows Zarutal off screen)
Fenix: You trust him enough to give him so many of our units?
Tassadar: Relax...he's an old friend.
(Switch
to Frieza, right where he was)
Voice:
You think something like that will defeat me!?
(Narge
and Para descend, mimicking each other’s movements)
Narge:
You destroy your only battle field!
(Narge’s
mask falls off, Para falls limp. Small orb rises from Para, breaks, green mist
comes out and goes into Narge)
Narge:
The master is always the mind of the puppet.
(Jester
suit comes off, revealing Para’s true form)
Para:
That shell of a machine could hardly accommodate me. Always save true parts for
last.
(Draws
demon sword)
Para:
Now then...continue on with your light show. Why destroy what I can have
someone else destroy for me?

arms, stance)

and Para fighting, Para gets telepathic message as he’s fighting)
Overmind: The Cerebrate and
it's forces have arrived.
Para: Zasz?
Overmind: Zasz is still on
duty at Char. I've sent Daggoth.
Para: What a risk...
Overmind: He's the best for
this situation. Currently he's setting up a small command base on the south
side of the town.
Draggoth: Greatings, Para.
We currently have set up a small hatchery, a spawning pool, an evolution
chamber. We've had Overlords go to and fro to deliver supplies such as vesper
and minerals from your other base. We currently have a work force of ten drones
as we've found some supplies within the shattered buildings. We're rotating
sixteen overlords on watch. twenty lurkers are burrowed around the outskirts of
the base until we can set up spore and sunken colonies. A small attack force of
two hundred zerglings occupy locations near the base, scouting for enemies and
land. Twelve mutalisks patrol the skies. We carry ten defilers. We have three
queens on a parasite run. Finally, twenty five hydralisk make base rounds
beside ten ultralisks.
Para: I told you to bring a
small attack force! They may have already located us now!
Draggoth: It's better this
way. We're rapidly taking over, and within some time you may feel your own feet
under soft creep.
Para: Fine, fine. But keep
your defenses up. They probably know you're here.
(Switch
to Z with Protoss, Z beholds crater)

What happened here...I hope we aren't too late...
(Turns
to troops)
Z:
Zealot group A1 step forward.
(Six
short bladesmen step up)

Set up pylons around the city so we can see what's going on. Don't get caught!
(Troops
leave, Z pauses)

Hmm. Zerg. Too stinkin’ many. Typical, using numbers to their advantage. I'm
going to have to fight along with you guys.
(Turns
to troops)
Z:
Luckily their lurkers won't do them much good, I can see anything that's alive
whether it be cloaked, burrowed, or...anything else. We're going to need to
kill those hatcheries and drones. I want Attack Strategy Zerg A-302, except I
want dark archons and high templars in the very back. Let’s go!
(Z
flies off, switch to Ace in air beholding Zerg base)
Ace:
You've got to be kidding me...
(Ace
flies into base)
[Ace
vs Zerg (sidescrolling level, Draggoth as boss. Doesn’t die)]

Damn. I need dark templar energy to finish it.

Reid: It's natural at this stage; it will start up again when the software
finishes uploading...
(Static
flashes across screen, scene switches to Maxim standing alone in a lab talking
to someone off screen)
Reid: Maxim, do you know who you are?
Maxim: …no...
Reid:
You are a robot, and your purpose is to fight. You must go where you are needed
and fight our enemies. You are our ultimate weapon.
Maxim: What if I am destroyed?
Reid: Your system can repair most damage you receive, even if it is a very high
level of damage. What is most important is that you learn how to fight well. Do
that, and you will be complete.

(Return
to Metro, struggling to get up)
Maxim:
A robot must fulfill its purpose. Without that purpose, it is a failure. I
don’t know where this will end, but…
(Gets
up, starts running)

(Giant
ship descends through clouds and lands. Switch to Zarbon standing outside ship
with soldiers mindlessly running in all directions)
Zarbon: We’ll set up camp here!
Get going! Echo and Hotel team, establish the western front! Gulf and Bravo,
make first contact with the eastern allied forces! What’s taking so long with
those barriers?! This isn’t a tea party damnit!
Zarbon: (Takes out radio) Dodoria,
have we finished analyzing the data?
Dodoria: Yes, our enemies are
known as the Zerg. The ones fighting them are called the Protoss. I’m
transmitting all known data to you now.
Zarbon: Good. Is the blockade in
position?
Dodoria: Almost. We’ve covered
half of the planet. We have contacts in the direction of Mars and Venus, but
we’ll be ready for the losers.
Zarbon: Any word on those other
power levels?
Dodoria: Other than Lord Frieza,
none can be identified.
Zarbon: Good work. Keep me posted. (puts away
radio) All right men, the battle data is being transmitted to your scouters
now! Pay attention to the strengths and weaknesses of each species! Assist
allied forces when possible, but don’t let them get in your way! And above all,
keep your distance from Master Frieza and any other high power levels! We don’t
need anybody playing hero today!
(Looks up at sky)
Zarbon: Master Frieza…where have you been?
(Switch
to Nemo + Tan floating above city. Z flies up)
Z:
Time guys. You ready?
(Both
nod, fly to far end of city. Z opens hand to reveal small purple sphere,
flashes magenta and becomes Nemotan sphere)
Z:
Here you go.
(Sphere
floats above Nemo+Tan. Porcupines raise hands, close eyes. Long pause)
Z:
Uh…guys?
(Nemotan
transformation music: opening of Endless Dream (Talk), loop before the fast
paced stuff. Z stretches hand toward sphere, gets shot in gut by white
lightning bolt, thrown back into rubble.
A
pure white beam was shooting directly up from the Nemotan Sphere, extending far
up into the sky and heavens beyond. A wind was picking up around the duo,
raising dust and leaves from the ground. The wind quickly picked up as the
combined power levels of the porcupine duo skyrocketed. Trees began ripping
from the ground, roots intact, and spiraling upward along the white beam.
In the sky, clouds began swirling. A lightning bolt shot down into the Nemotan
Sphere, and stayed down. The bolt didn't just shoot and end, but a seemingly
endless amount of electricity continued firing down in the same bolt. Two more
bolts joined it. The temperature around the event skyrocketed, and Z began
flying for cover atop another nearby hill where he continued to watch the
spectacle.
As the temperature reached its apex, the remaining trees within about 20 yards
of the sphere burst into flames. This raging inferno did not spread, however,
as all the flame was sucked into the whirlwind around the two porcupines, and
then vacuumed into the Nemotan Sphere.
Blinding
white flash, reveal Nemotan, Z amazed. Nemotan flies off, music changes, switch
to Golden Chibi sitting in air watching the fight. Golden aura suddenly
disappears, gold bolt of energy runs over him. Stands, surprised)
Chibi:
It…it happened. I am an official Demon Lord…ha ha ha! I am Shadow-Fighter Chibi
Shadow!
(Nemotan
files up behind him)
Nemotan: Chibi.
Chibi:
Heh. Bad timing.
(Grows
black wings)
Chibi:
I’ve become a full Demon Lord. That means I get my own personal spell. Think
you can handle it?!
Nemotan: Talk is cheap.
(Fly
at each other)
[Nemotan

(Open
on separated Nemotan and Chibi. Nemotan prepares to fire energy, but Maxim runs
beside him)
Maxim:
Nemotan! Let's take him!!
Chibi:
Ah, so we meet again machine.
Maxim:

attacks Chibi, Chibi dodges, Nemotan rams Maxim off screen)
Nemotan:

(Switch
to Maxim skidding to a stop. Gets up)
Maxim:
Dammit! So my destiny is not to fight, but to watch as those more powerful than
I decide the fate of the world!!! But I WILL do some-
(Ground
below explodes, Maxim lands short distance to side)
Maxim:
The battle’s too much. The Earth…she’s screaming in pain…
(Maxim’s
heart glows, he looks surprised)
Maxim:
What?
(He
closes his eyes, throws up his fists, holy light shines from him, show scenes
of buildings reviving to shiny new)
Maxim:
This glow in my heart…I haven’t felt this since I was born. Somehow…I can heal
this world. Yes, that is the purpose of my existence. Reid may not have
intended it to be that way, but that’s how it’s gonna be. For peace, harmony,
and freedom, I will heal the world. And the world will be healed.
(Open
on Karmis on building)
Karmis:
I WANT TO FIGHT SOMEONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(Pause)
Karmis: (Sigh) I swear, nowadays it’s just lights
and fancy footwork.
(Z
lands)
Z:
Sure, I'll fight ya if you're lookin' for someone.
Karmis:

(Wraps
body around Z’s wrist)
Karmis:
Now I'll just-oh crap, no weapons. That's right. I'm not even a threat now.

stares at Karmis, pause, Karmis falls off)

confused. Lemme explain. You see, I'm an acid, unlike Chaos. That hand should
be crippled, seeing how very few materials can withstand it. Just be glad I was

I'm immune to any poisons, chemicals, or otherwise harmful potents. Just

Good. I was hoping that wouldn't affect you much, but I wish it would have done

Z:
(Grin) Hm.

(Z leaves,
switch to Frieza and Para. Frieza disengages, reaches into pseudo space, and
throws a black object at Para. It explodes on impact in holy light, he bursts
into flames and falls to the ground)
Frieza:
Heh! A holy hand grenade. Haven’t used one of those in ages. That nauseating
sense of compassion should be setting in about now. How’s it feel, Para?
(The
flames slowly die, Para gets on hands and knees)
Para:
The defiled...never turn...
Frieza:
Hm? I wasn’t trying to turn you; I was trying to irradiate you.
(Para
gets up)
Para:
The defiled cannot turn for the only way to turn something is through the
defiled methods. This is why I cannot be killed by your means.
(Gestures
at sky, camera raises slightly. Frieza looks up, then back to Para)
Para:
So many stars, don't you think? Each one is much like that shining light of
hope. Every day more come along due to people like you.
(Star
lights up above Frieza)
Para:
And everyday hope is destroyed by people like me. An endless cycle. But...it's
a bit forceful that hope comes, isn't it?
(A
star above Para dies)
Para:
People with hearts made of gold and people with hearts made of acid. Very
similar people though. Using the medium of war they try and push back the
other...neither understanding the balance.
(Camera
moves back down)
Para:
Do you understand that balance is the question? Do you understand the fact that
neither side is right? Do you understand the fact your precious righteousness
is not all people think it to be?
(Brief
pause, Frieza steps back)

gradually fades to black leaving Frieza alone every time voice speaks)

Frieza: What is wrong with
me? What is this feeling? Why have his words so stirred me? Surely I’ve heard
them spoken hundreds of times before. Why now? What is it about this being that
is so different?

Voice: Using the medium of

Nemotan hunches over and a white shield surrounds him. Fixed lightning strikes,
more and more bolts join it faster and faster. Space-time warps from it,
blinding white flash, reveal Perfect Nemotan at climax of music, begin battle)

(Open
on Chibi panting in mid air, Perfect Nemotan slightly above him extends hand)
Perfect
Nemotan: Final Breath.
(Fires
enormous Final Breath beam, plowing Chibi into the ground and making a huge
explosion. Pause while Nemotan surveys the crater then flies away. Switch to
Frieza and Para fighting)
Para:
That's it!
(Para
disengages, energy columns erupt from his hands into the ground below. He
lands, the earth begins to turn black around him)
Para:
Finally, I can show my true self on this wretched planet!
(Tears
out energy tentacles, rips up ground, tentacles retract, transforms into True
Para)
Para:
Scar the land for me, oh silent one! Your battle is already futile!

Frieza vs True Para (Music=War of the Universe)]
(Frieza
and Para battling on the ground)
Overmind: Para, I will be
pulling back now. I'm sure you've gotten enough time to finish up here.
(Para
disengages)

So ends this tale. Tell me Frieza, where will you go next? I do hope to one day

(Green
flames rise from Para, then he shoots a thread of spirit energy that connects
his hand to Frieza’s chest)
Para:
You are now linked to this world. Your soul is its soul, and your pain is its

(Para
quickly claws Frieza’s chest, ends on left of screen, destruction in background
gets worse)
Para:
And this will be the end of this planet. I truly hope you find a way off this
place. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
(Various
scenes of stuff exploding all around the world, show Maxim still healing the
planet)
Maxim:
Damn…the planet is falling apart as fast as I can put it back together. The
healing and the pain are in perfect balance…
(Back
to Frieza and Para)
Para:
We are the eye of the storm. It is calmer here than other places. I do
recommend you make a retreat. There's nothing left to save on this cursed
planet.
Perfect
Nemotan: Not quite.
(Perfect
Nemotan enters from upper right)
Perfect
Nemotan: This isn’t over yet.
(Perfect
Nemotan flies at Para to attack but stops, shaken and turning to Frieza, in mid
air as a deep rumbling sound echoes)
Perfect
Nemotan: …s-sure. Got it…good luck.
(Perfect
Nemotan flies away, switch to him landing next to Maxim, Sub, Spades, Trunks,
and Vegeta)
Sub:
Are they done yet?
Perfect
Nemotan: No, but I think they’re about to be. Something’s coming. Something
big…
(Pause
on Para and Frieza facing each other, Para on left Frieza on right, Frieza
begins to sparkle. Show Frieza’s all-white eyes with rainbows reflected in
them)
Text
appears in center of screen:
Was it now clear? Order and
chaos....they were the same. Both falling from God, both living as man. Yet
when the beast would deliver the life, the true life, true spirit
of each being in God and life alike, that true reflection would be born for all
to see. One light, one dark. One evil, one divinity. Both beings and both sides
of the universal existence would come to be realized as the same in the end.

(The
destruction in the background quiets gradually)
Top of screen: Live in
virtue, no desire...
(Ground
begins to glow gold, sky starts to become white)
Top of screen: ...in the
grave an angel's choir.
(Para
shields himself, stumbles in agony, fights it and stares at Frieza looking
aggressive, trembling. Background continues to get brighter)
Top of screen: You look to
heaven and wonder why...
(Frieza
bathed in golden fire, takes out a golden sword)
Top of screen: ...no one can
see them in the sky.
(Background
is now solid off-white, A chorus-like hum begins, Frieza raises the sword,
rises as light shoots up around him, scene switches to gathered heroes)
Top of screen: Just as the
clouds have gone to sleep...
(Heroes
bath in holy light in various ways)
Top of screen: ...angels can
be seen in heaven's keep.
(Switch
back)
Top of screen: Alone in fear
they question why....
(Energy
gathers into sword)
Top of screen: ...God damn
not an angel when I die.
(Sword
turns white, Frieza lands, sword in front of him)
Frieza: For Et Amicus Dei!!!
(On
Dei, Frieza lunges forward with flashy effects and stabs Para in the heart. He
bursts into holy flame as his body dissipates. When he’s gone, the world’s
light is sucked into the sword. It remains for a moment then vanishes in
Frieza’s hand. He stands and looks at the ground Para had been on for a moment,
then turns and starts walking. Once the ground Para was on is off screen,
there’s a clang noise. Frieza turns and the screen moves to reveal an angel
where Para was, face bowed. He looks up)
Angel:
I must thank you for...calming my brother. I am sorry for what has been caused
upon this world by his rage, and I shall work quickly to heal all of the land.
This place will always be scarred by this battle though, and he shall rise
again. I'm sure you know this, silent warrior. I do not know how to truly give
my thanks to you for sending him back to where he came, but I can offer you the
one thing to make sure his return shall be a challenge.
(Angel
hands Frieza a necklace, gold and black varying. At the very end were two gems
welded together. One side was a translucent silver, the other side a
translucent crimson. Gold and black aura flares around Frieza for a few
seconds, then fades)
Frieza:
Thank you.
(Angel
nods, Frieza flies way. Angel turns, begins healing land. Five more angels fall
from the sky, each one landing with their face down and in golden robes. Each
one rises up to help the arch angel heal the land. Two more fall down, following
in suit. Show scenes of nature being healed. Switch to Ace and Spades)
Spades:
You still need me, ya know. You need all of us. There’s no way out.
Ace:

Spades:
You and that stupid Tonberry sidekick of yours would be Zerg food right now if
you hadn’t given me control.
Ace:
Hmph! Don’t care.
Spades:
Tsk. You know you owe me now…
Ace:
I don’t care how much I owe you, Spades. Just shut up and enjoy your time outta
the ring.
(Scene
of them looking at destroyed city. Switch to Perfect Nemotan and Z. Splits back
into Nemo and Tan)
Z:
Man, what a fight. After this, I think you guys owe ME.
Nemo:
Stop by the bar. The victory drinks are on me.
Z:
No, I’d better take the Sphere back to Richon. Later guys.
(Z
teleports)
Nemo:
Tan?
Tan:
No thanks. Getting drunk and acting like an idiot is a love we don’t have in
common.
(Tan
leaves)
Nemo:

(Runs
off screen, switch to Maxim, Sub, Trunks, Vegeta)
Sub:
Damnit, I didn’t get to fight at all.
Trunks:
We’ll catch the next one. Come on, let’s go get wasted.
(Vegeta,
Trunks, Sub walk off screen)
Vegeta:

Maxim:

(Turns
around, runs off screen)
Maxim:
Hey guys, wait for me!
(Switch
to Super Frieza hovering over restored city, dark gray sky, music=end of The
Remembering, Tales from Topographic. Sun comes through in time with “It was
Sunlight” lyric.)
Frieza: Evil may never rest.
But so long as Love lives in
every heart,
As Truth breathes from the lips
of His people,
As Courage burns in the hearts of
the chosen,
As Justice their demeths find for
both lord and serf alike,
As Honor they follow, with
reverence in heart,
As Sacrifice they will for
themselves and their brothers,
As Spirituality they hold close
to their hearts, and alive in their world,

(Untransforms, slowly falls off screen in standing
